Constellation Brands reports Q1 results with wine and spirits sales down 47%

Constellation Brands beat Q1 expectations despite a 3.3% sales decline to $2.43bn. Beer sales rose 2%, while wine and spirits fell 47%. Strong tequila growth and World Cup-led beer demand supported results, with full-year guidance unchanged.
