Coty acquires Hypermarcas

Coty has agreed to an acquisition deal for the personal care and beauty division of Brazil’s Hypermarcas. The deal is said to be valued at around US$1bn, and follows an agreement in July to buy over 40 Procter & Gamble beauty brands.
