Danone agrees to sell Swedish probiotic juice brand ProViva to Lactalis 

The food group has signed a deal to divest ProViva and the Österlenmejeriet factory to Lactalis, aligning with its plan to refocus the portfolio. If approved, the brand will sit under Skånemejerier, strengthening Lactalis’ presence in the Swedish market.
