Danone signs agreement to sell Saudi Arabian joint venture to National Agricultural Development Company (NADEC)

The company’s Saudi Arabian arm, Al Safi Danone, currently manufactures a range of dairy and juice products in the country. The board members of the venture will hold a 38.75% stake in NADEC following the completion of the deal.
