Destination XL and FullBeauty agree merger to build inclusive apparel retailer at scale 

The plus-size fashion groups will combine to create a multi-channel retailer spanning women’s and Big + Tall menswear. The enlarged business generated around $1.2bn in sales and $45m in LTM Adjusted EBITDA to October 2025, with cost synergies expected.
