Divine Chocolate Is Hit Hard By Loss Of Its Co-Op Contract

The Fairtrade chocolate brand has reported a loss of £277k for the year to September 30th 2010, blaming commodity costs, a product recall and the loss of a lucrative contract to supply The Co-Operative Group’s own-label chocolate. However exports for Divine rose by 23% over the same period, and the US business saw strong growth.
