Dr Martens profit surges as brand pivots to consumer-first strategy

Dr Martens reported profit before tax up 271.6% to £32.7m, with adjusted EBIT up 30.6% to £79.3m. Revenue fell 2.9% to £764.9m as the footwear brand reduced clearance activity and shifted to a consumer-first approach.
