Elegant Hotels acquires Swiss International in Barbados

The Vision Capital-backed hotel group will acquire the property owner, trading as Waves Hotel and Spa, for US$18m. The sale is subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Barbados, and is expected to be completed before the end of February.
