EQT launches $320m offer to take Japan’s CareNet private 

Private equity firm EQT has offered ¥1,130 per share for Tokyo-based digital healthcare platform CareNet, valuing the deal at $320m (£251m). The board backs the offer, and the current management team will stay in place.
