Ex-PizzaExpress Executives Open Mediterranean Restaurant

Leo Alexander and Antonio Romani, both former executives at PizzaExpress, have opened a new Mediterranean restaurant in Surrey. Romani spent 15 years as executive development chef at PizzaExpress, but is now taking on the role as head chef at Hugo’s.
