Facebook Looks For Larger Credit Line To Cover Tax Costs

Facebook Inc, the social network site, has planned to increase its US$2.5bn credit line, in order to cover the costs of tax when many employees’ stock awards vest after the company goes public. Facebook will face billions of dollars of tax charges and may follow the likes of Zynga, who faced similar problems recently, in increasing its credit line to cover the costs.
