Ferragamo sharpens strategy as revenues decline and margins improve in second half

Revenues in 2025 fell 5.7% to €976.5m, with EBITDA down 22.7% to €166m. The company operated at a loss but saw margin improvement late in the year. Ferragamo is prioritising DTC, core leather goods and footwear, retail optimisation, and digital investment.
