First Milk sells Glenfield Dairy

Scottish dairy cooperative First Milk is to sell its Glenfield Dairy business to Graham’s Family Dairy. Glenfield produces cottage cheese, quark and sour cream and the sale will allow First Milk to focus on hard cheese and liquid milk. The financial details of the deal have not been disclosed.
