Andy Bond, who left Asda last year, has launched a new business venture that will invest in and acquire retail and consumer businesses. Bond has joined forces with a number of other investors, including Richard Butland, head of private equity at Goldman Sachs, and James George, retail chief at consultancy OC&C.
