Former Harrods ecommerce director appointed at Neiman Marcus

American luxury department store chain Neiman Marcus has appointed former Harrods Direct director Ryan Ross as president. Ryan was previously director of Harrods’ ecommerce division and has also held leadership roles at Pottery Barn and Gap.
