Fossil India mulls IPO to raise up to $400m amid strong listing demand 

The US watchmaker is considering an IPO of its Indian arm, selling up to 25% to raise $300–400m. Fossil India generated ₹8.68bn ($98m) in revenue in FY2024, joining a wave of multinationals listing in the South Asian market.
