Frasers Group debuts AI shopping assistant to boost online product discovery

Frasers Group has rolled out Ask Frasers on its premium fashion and lifestyle site. The AI tool, powered by Algolia, enables conversational search and product comparisons. Early results show a 25% lift in sales conversion versus traditional search.
