Frasers Group set to acquire Harvey Nichols through pre-pack insolvency

Following weeks of talks, Frasers Group is finalising a deal to acquire department store Harvey Nichols, which has posted losses for several years. The transaction may include a year-long HQ guarantee and commitments to retain many of the UK’s employees.
