Froneri purchases Israeli ice cream business from Nestlé

Froneri, which is backed by private equity firm PAI, has acquired Noga Ice Cream. This marks Froneri's second international deal of 2019. The manufacturing giant also recently purchased ice cream business Tip Top for $250.2m.
