Gap To Open Over Thanksgiving

In an effort to minimise the stress of the festive rush, Gap has announced plans to open 1,000 of its stores on Thanksgiving Day in North America. The retailer is to open 800 Old Navy outlets, 54 Banana Republic stores and 116 Gaps, as well as its other brands. Gap also hopes to capitalise on the busy Christmas period by expanding its mobile shopping offering.
