GEA curates a Bakery Experience Centre

The GEA Group, a German-headquartered company manufacturing food technology, has expanded into the cake and pastry sector following its acquisition of COMAS in June. The newly-created Bakery Experience Centre includes bakery equipment as well as testing for recipes and processes on behalf of consumers.
