Givaudan completes acquisition of Belle Aire Creations

Givaudan has finalised the acquisition of the US-based full-service fragrance manufacturer. The deal, funded by existing resources, will add approximately CHF65m (£61.2m) in incremental sales to Givaudan’s 2024 results on a pro-forma basis.
