GlaxoSmithKline sells remaining 4.2% stake in Haleon

The pharmaceuticals giant has offloaded its 4.2% stake in FTSE100 consumer healthcare business Haleon, raising £1.24bn. GSK retained a 13% stake in Haleon, the owner of Sensodyne, Panadol and Centrum, when it spun the business off in 2022.
