Greene King appoints advisors to sell Loch Fyne

The brewer acquired the seafood and grill restaurant in 2007 for £68m. Loch Fyne currently produces around £33m in annual turnover, with EBITDA of around £3m. The company first explored sale options in 2016, with the business valued at £100m.
