Groupon Valued At US$13bn Following IPO

The daily deals site has raised US$700m from its initial public offering and is now valued at almost US$13bn. In increasing its offering by five million shares, Groupon’s float became the second largest IPO by an internet firm since Google Inc raised US$1.7bn in 2004.
