Harrods promotes Retail Director Mark Blundell to Chief Retail Officer 

The luxury department store has appointed Mark as Chief Retail Officer, responsible for service and standards across all physical stores. He joined Harrods in 2018 and previously held leadership roles at John Lewis and Waitrose.
