Hays Travel acquires Scottish agency The Holiday and Flight Centre 

The travel group has bought the Hamilton-based agency, including its Indulgent Cruises brand. Founders Roseann and Jim Ratter will exit, but all staff and brands will be retained, marking Hays Travel’s third acquisition in eight days.
