Heineken to secure majority ownership of Taiwan’s Long Chuan Zuan Co brewery

Heineken has entered an agreement with Sanyo Whisbih Group to take majority control of the Long Chuan Zuan Co brewery in Taiwan, becoming the first international brewer to have a brewery in the country. Financial terms of the deal have not been revealed.
