Heinz Ranked Number One In Customer Satisfaction Index

With an overall score of 89, Heinz has been ranked first out of 225 companies in the 2011 American Customer Satisfaction Index. In a measure of quality, value, consumer loyalty and consumer expectations, Heinz was ranked above all other food manufacturers for the twelfth year in a row.
