Highview Capital acquires US meatpacker Wilmar

Private equity firm Highview Capital has acquired US meatpacker Jobbers Meat Packing Co, for an undisclosed sum. Highview plans to merge Wilmar with its portfolio company Randall Foods to create a leading protein provider in the US.
