Hilco completes Cath Kidston takeover

Home furnishing retailer Cath Kidston, which was forced into administration in 2020 and was recently put up for sale by Baring Private Equity Asia, has reportedly been acquired by Hilco Capital, which specialises in investing in distressed companies.
