Hilton acquires the NoMad brand of luxury lifestyle hotels

The hotel giant has acquired a majority stake in Sydell Group, with plans to add Sydell's NoMad hotels to its portfolio. Going forward, Sydell will be responsible for the design, branding and management of NoMad hotels, while Hilton will lead development.
