HTC Acquires S3 Graphics For US$300m

The smartphone manufacturer has bought S3 Graphics, a provider of graphics visualization technologies used in PCs, game consoles and mobile devices based in California. It is thought that HTC paid US$300m to owner VIA Technologies.
