Hudson Jeans and Robert Graham merge to form Differential Brands Group

The terms of the merger of the two fashion brands, which was planned in September, have not been announced. Michael Buckley, who is currently CEO of Robert Graham, will hold the same position in the new company. Robert Graham is backed by Tengram Capital.
