Independent dental group Riverdale buys rival in major acquisition

Riverdale Healthcare has acquired dental firm Hanji Dental Group for an undisclosed amount. The deal, one of the largest in the UK's dental sector in recent years, brings 18 practices to Riverdale’s group, taking its portfolio to a total of 59.
