Indian liquor company Allied Blenders and Distillers files for IPO

The Indian drinks firm, which sells whisky brands such as Officer’s Choice and Sterling Reserve, has filed for an IPO with plans to raise up to $180m. In March 2023, ABD announced that profit after tax had increased 8.5%.
