IPO Could Value Prada At US$15.5bn

The Italian luxury goods company, which plans to hold a Hong Kong IPO next month, may be worth as much as US$15.5bn according to Mizuho Financial Group Inc., which is helping to manage the sale. Prada plans to sell a stake representing about 16.5% of the company.
