Jamie Oliver To Expand High Street Presence With Union Jack’s Restaurants

The success of Jamie’s Italian restaurant chain has spurred the entrepreneurial chef to develop a new concept. Jamie’s Italian first opened three years ago and now has 18 branches across the UK, with a further five set to open this year. Further details of Union Jack’s are yet to be announced.
