Under a new five-year plan, senior executives at the sportswear retailer are to be offered shares equal to 20% of any rise in the company's market value beyond £96.5m. The lucrative share bonus scheme could result in the chief executive and chairman each receiving up to £18m if the company's value reaches £490m.
