The employee-owned retailer is expanding its Click and Collect service as part of its online expansion programme, adding 60 branches of Waitrose to the platform. Click and Collect accounts for 20% of johnlewis.com orders, and the addition of Waitrose stores will take the total number of collection points to 119 by the end of October.
