John Lewis To Ramp Up CRM

In a bid to ramp up CRM activity, the department store has created a new head of CRM and insight role, as well as four new senior marketing roles. Former Vodafone marketer Lloyd Page has been appointed head of brand marketing while Rachel Swift, former Marks & Spencer marketer, has joined as head of marketing for fashion.
