Karen Millen To Start Legal Proceedings Against Icelandic Bank

The designer and her former husband, Kevin Stanford, had combined interests in a number of stores including Oasis, All Saints and French Connection, but was forced to give up the rights to her namesake fashion brand, Karen Millen, as a result of the Icelandic banking crash. Ms Millen is now fighting to resume trading under her own name and is seeking recompense from Kaupthing bank.
