Kellogg’s Code Promotion Advert Banned

The Advertising Standards Authority has banned one of Kellogg’s largest promotions, which allows consumers to claim free boxes of cereal with box barcodes. The campaign has been deemed misleading, as the free boxes were smaller than average boxes and smaller than those used in promotional adverts.

Certified B Corporation” is a trademark licensed by B Lab, a private non-profit organization, to companies like ours that have successfully completed the B Impact Assessment (“BIA”) and therefore meet the requirements set by B Lab for social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency.
