Kerry Group acquires Spanish seasoning business Hasenosa for an undisclosed sum

Hasenosa specialises in the production of seasonings and coatings and distributes its products to over 20 countries. The deal will see Kerry Group take control of the company’s two manufacturing facilities in Spain.
