Keurig Dr Pepper secures $7bn private equity ahead of JDE Peet’s deal 

Keurig Dr Pepper has raised $7bn from Apollo, KKR and Goldman Sachs to fund its $18bn acquisition of JDE Peet’s. The company will also search for a new CEO for its planned coffee spinout, aiming to reduce leverage and reassure investors.
