Kim Underhill, currently vice president, UK and Ireland, for the consumer goods firm, has been promoted to the role of president of Kimberly-Clark's European consumer division. She replaces Giles Turrell, who has joined Weetabix as chief executive. Underhill first joined Kimberly-Clark in 1988 and has held a variety of roles in research, engineering, operations and marketing functions.
