Kingfisher maintains profit guidance as Screwfix and online channels drive growth

Kingfisher reported Q1 group sales of £3.3bn, up 1.4%, with like-for-like sales down 0.7%. B&Q sales fell 3.1%, while Screwfix rose 5.4%. The retailer opened five stores and expects full-year adjusted pre-tax profit of £565m–625m.
