KKR acquires 50% stake in Swedish flooring business Valinge

The value of the deal is undisclosed, and KKR will acquire the stake in portions, with two 20% sections coming from Kronospan and Swiss Krono Group, and the final 10% coming from the founder. The company has invested €105.3m in R&D in the past five years.
