Kuoni receives bids from EQT and Cinven, among others

Swiss travel group Kuoni has received bids from a number of potential buyers, including Swedish buyout firm EQT and European private equity group Cinven. The company has been operating at a loss, and recently appointed a new CEO and announced an extensive restructuring plan.
