Lenovo Buys Medion In An Effort To Boost Europe Sales

The Chinese PC maker is to buy up to 80% of German electronics retailer Medion for £203m, in a bid to boost its market share in Europe. Lenovo is currently the world’s fourth-largest computer manufacturer, and the acquisition will be the group’s biggest since it purchased IBM’s PC business six years ago.
